The Telecommunication is responsible for moves, additions and changes (MAC) installation, repair and maintenance of the Company’s telecommunication system. Specifically, he or she will be responsible for implementation of Octel mailboxes in addition to executing moves, cross-connections, add-ons, changes of critical system parameters in addition to wiring and installation of cables using essential tools, tests sets and the like;
Requirements
A minimum of two (2) years experience in a telecommunications support function with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve hardware, software and application issues. The successful candidate must have significant experience with Avaya/G-3 including MACs to be considered for this position.
