Step One: Meet with client to review job description

EOE•USA understands how crucial it is to have a very solid understanding of the scope and nature of our clients needs. We take the necessary time to gain a full understanding of what you are looking for before we begin work on the project.

Step Two: Build the search plan

At this point our project team studies your requirements and devises a comprehensive and always flexible strategy to meet your needs. All systems are go and we pull all of the stops out to make sure that you are presented with the top candidates in the market.

Step Three: Candidate identification process

At this point we enter into a very disciplined interview process with candidates to identify the ones that meet your strict requirements. Our Checkpoint™ program will make sure that only the top candidates will make it through this process.

Step Four: Candidate interviews

The client is now interviewing candidates and providing EOE•USA with feedback on our candidate CheckPoint™ performance. If the client is pleased with our results, the interviews proceed to the final round. However, if the client chooses to meet with more candidates, EOE•USA will identify additional candidates.

Step Five: Candidate receives offer

EOE•USA keeps in close contact with all candidates during the entire interview cycle. We have already reviewed with the candidate their salary requirements, counter offers and availability to start. We work closely with all parties to make sure that the hiring process runs smoothly and is pleasant for all involved. We stay in close contact with the candidate through to the start date.

Final Step: Client and candidate satisfaction

It is our goal to make sure that the process for our client and candidate was a smooth and pleasant one. We will follow-up with our client and candidate to make sure that they were happy with our services. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide our clients and candidates with the most professional service in the industry.
